Refund Policy
Please email mountainpurecbd@gmail.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than
happy to get them resolved. Exchanges and education are ALWAYS available!!If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 14 to 30 days of receiving it, please see our Return Process below. Returns need to be mailed back to Mountain Pure LLC within 14 to 30 days of being received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
**Please note that we are not able to accept return product that have been opened or used**
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Email mountainpurecbd@gmail.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product.
2. Within 14 to 30 days of receiving your product, ship the unopened product back to the return shipping address on your package – please also email the tracking number to mountainpurecbd@gmail.com:

Baton Rouge, LA 70816 3. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Refunds* will appear on your bank statement within 72 hours.
*Please note that your refund will be for the amount of the product – shipping fees are not refunded. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Age of Consent: By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Shipping Policy: Products will be shipped out within 36 hours of your order being placed. We aim for next day shipping whenever possible. Items will be sent using USPS priority shipping and should take 2 days; however, may in some cases take up to 3 or 4 days. A tracking number will be provided.
